How to report copyright infringement on DigitalOrbitPro.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
DigitalOrbitPro complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, you may submit a takedown notice and we will respond promptly.
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on their behalf, and believe material on DigitalOrbitPro.com infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice containing the information listed below.
Send your complete notice to our designated agent at contact@digitalorbitpro.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. Incomplete notices may not be actionable.
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Please be certain before submitting a notice.
